The ticket to your mind freedom is the one-way ticket, but you can use it, of course, as many times as you need it in order to achieve either your immediate or life long destination goals.

My residency training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, research, and clinical experience in a field of neuroscience and postgraduate training in therapy at Columbia University, allowed me to combine integrative humanistic approaches to help you in the best way possible to achieve your life goals. Additionally to the traditional therapies: DBT, CBT, and psychodynamic as well as medications management implement proprietary evidence-based biofeedback, BMT (Brain Music Treatment). BMT is a side effect free method, which helps with insomnia, anxiety, and improves your focus and concentration.

Working Together

We will work together on more effective problem solving with the help of evidence-based ‘talk’ therapies, wellness modalities, including mindfulness, personalized nutrition plan, visual imagery, hypnotherapy, modern technologies as neurofeedback and medications when required. In addition to it,  I provide proprietary evidence-based neurofeedback, BMT (Brain Music Treatment), a side effect free easy to use modern technology, which is proven to help with insomnia, anxiety and improves focus and concentration.
